The Cadillac/reformer combo is one of the original pieces of Pilates apparatus — a true Cadillac built directly into the reformer, not a reformer with a tower attachment. The difference is significant. A full Cadillac includes the trapeze, push-through bar, leg springs, arm springs, fuzzy loops, and the overhead frame in its complete form — none of which a tower can replicate. Paired with the reformer below, you have access to the full classical repertoire on a single piece of equipment. There is very little the body cannot be asked to do here.

Modifications are provided for your body's individual needs. The work meets you where you are and asks more of you from there.

Capped at 4 participants. That is not a marketing line — it is a structural decision. Most local studios run reformer classes with 8, 10, even 12 machines on the floor. The instructor cannot see every body in that room, let alone correct it. At Uncoiled, with 4 people in the studio, your instructor sees every movement and adjusts every spring. It is a semi-private experience by design — intimate, safe, and built around the work, not the room.
Classes draw from the full classical repertoire. One session may sit primarily on the reformer building flow and control. Another may move overhead into the trapeze, exploring inversions and full-body suspension work that simply is not possible without a true Cadillac. You may spend time on the push-through bar opening the spine, in the leg springs refining alignment, or working through transitions that combine both apparatus in the same exercise. The variety is the point — and so is the precision.
